OEM Flush Valve for AquaSource Single Flush Toilets

This is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Replacement Flush Valve for most 1.28 gpf (gallons per flush) AquaSource toilets from Lowe's.

Includes a replacement flush valve body with locking nut and gasket, 3” OEM soft blue replacement flapper, refill tube, and installation instructions. This does NOT include a tank to bowl gasket or any hardware between the toilet tank and toilet bowl. 

This flush valve was used in various Lowe's AquaSource 1.28gpf single flush toilets including but not limited to the model numbers 98923, 312795, 352027, 395280, and 12293. The gallons per flush is typically printed on the ceramic behind the toilet seat when folded down or inside of the tank. Model information is also typically inside of the tank. A single flush toilet means the toilet has one singular flushing function - typically controlled by a lever on the outside of the toilet. Because each individual toilet varies slightly, some adjustment of the included stainless steel chain on the flapper may be required.

Note that Lowe's has used various hardware in their 1.28 gpf single flush toilets over the years. Color, shape, and appearance of components may vary slightly or significantly although this product is backwards and forwards compatible with most toilets with  identical or improved performance.

Comes in an economical plastic bag and clamshell with cost savings passed on to the customer. Meets or exceeds all applicable US and Canadian Plumbing Standards.
