Shipping

All orders within the US are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex unless otherwise noted on the product page or website. However, we do not guarantee that all orders, particularly special orders and back orders, will ship within 2 business days. 

For any special shipping or other requests, please make a note when your order is placed.

In a case where we cannot process and ship within 2 business days, we will typically attempt to contact the customer at the provided email address in order to see what course of action should be taken. If a contact attempt is made by us for such cases but invalid contact information was provided with the order or we do not receive a response within 2 business days of our initial contact attempt, Okala Plumbing Supply will not be able to process a refund for parts that were not shipped within the typical 2 day timeframe.

Orders are typically shipped with no signature required upon delivery. 

In a few rare instances, payment processing may not process shipments to a different address than the billing address. In such cases, please contact us by email to resolve the issue.
